Network | Export

* optional add-on feature

The Export function automatically generates code that allows computing the posterior probability distribution of the Target node given evidence on the nodes of its Markov Blanket. Note that the code requires Hard Evidence for all nodes, except for leaf nodes that can remain unobserved.

New Feature: Python

As of version 9.0, six languages are now available for export: SAS, PHP, JavaScript, Visual Basic, R and now Python.

As an example, we will use the network below, which has been induced with the Augmented Markov Blanket learning algorithm to characterize the house prices in King County, Washington, USA.

The green Badges represent leaf nodes. Hard Evidence is not mandatory for these nodes when using the exported code.
